Strict vigilance and restrictions on movement of people were the two important measures that helped Himachal Pradesh control its rising number of novel coronavirus cases, said Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur on Saturday. Participating in a special of 'E-Agenda Aaj Tak', Jai Ram Thakur said, "The biggest factor that helped us control the situation was strict vigilance.
