According to the World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs Report, as many as 41% of employees want to reduce their workforce due to AI automation. The report projects a significant increase in demand for care jobs, such as nursing professionals, and education specialists, such as secondary school teachers, with demographic trends driving growth in demand across essential sectors. Till Leopold, Head of Work, Wages and Job Creation at the World Economic Forum, said, "Trends such as generative AI and rapid technological shifts are upending industries and labour markets, creating both unprecedented opportunities and profound risks."
