Avanigadda/Vemuru: Upping the ante against TD supremo N. Chandrababu Naidu, YSR Congress president Y.S. Addressing a string of public meetings which were heavily attended, Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy likened the fan to the Sudarshana Chakra of Lord Vishnu that put an end to evil characters like Sisupala.
