Karnataka HC Directs State To Reconsider Its Decision Of Not Allowing Emergency Parole To Prisoners Undergoing Sentence In Default Of Fine [Read Order]
Live LawThe Karnataka High Court has directed the State government to reconsider its decision of not allowing 'emergency parole leave' to prisoners undergoing sentence in default of fine not preceded with substantive sentence.
