Law students asked to acquire multi-disciplinary knowledge

Chairman of Karnataka Land Grabbing Prohibition Special Courts and former HC judge B.A. Patil emphasised on the need for law students to enhance their research skills and acquire multi-disciplinary knowledge to excel in their chosen fields. He was inaugurating the 10th National Moot Court Competition organised by Karnataka State Law University at its campus in Hubballi on Saturday. Patil called on law students to take mooting exercises seriously as these would help them in honing their analytical skills, updating their knowledge, cultivating patience and making sensible decisions. Around 100 law students from over 28 law colleges from across Karnataka and from Goa, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh participated in the event.
