Tottenham 'open talks' with Mauricio Pochettino who 'WANTS' to return
Tottenham have explored the possibility of bringing Mauricio Pochettino back to the club. Mauricio Pochettino could be set for a sensational return to Tottenham Hotspur this summer It also emerged on Thursday that the South American is high up on Real Madrid's list to replace Zinedine Zidane. But there are certain figures at Tottenham — who are also interested in former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte — that want the club to accelerate trying to seal Pochettino's return. Pochettino was sacked by Daniel Levy in 2019 after a five-year stint at the club that had seen them involved in two Premier League title races and reach the Champions League final. It is understood that the Tottenham hierarchy was furious with Kane's recent public comments, but the return of Pochettino may go some way to repairing relationships between club and player.
