
Migrant exploitation experts call for increase to services accredited with certifying Workplace Justice Visas

But as one of the few services that is an accredited third party to certify a Workplace Justice Visa, Ms Feldman-Gubbay said the service needed more funding. "We receive funding to service migrant workers in New South Wales, but specifically for the Workplace Justice Visa work, we don't receive specific funding," she said. Experts call for increase in accredited providers Migrant Justice Institute co-executive director Laurie Berg said while the pilot was world-leading, the government needed to expand the list of partner organisations able to process claims.
