Shedding light on the diverse use of ChatGPT in various corporate sectors, a recent report has revealed that over half of tech HR employees are utilising the AI chatbot for their work. Other than AI tools like ChatGPT, the report further highlights other tech tools that HR departments are using to make their work more effective and save time. Around 44 per cent of small business owners expressed their anticipation of hiring fewer employees in the future due to the capabilities of AI. In fact, nearly 25 percent of small business owners stated that they are currently utilising or testing generative AI tools, including ChatGPT, Google Bard, and Microsoft Bing.
