India TodayThe Bombay High Court has directed Lt Col Prasad Purohit to decide which of the three petitions filed by him he would want to pursue. When a writ petition filed by Purohit in 2021 came up for hearing before the bench of Justices AS Gadkari and MN Jadhav, Purohit's co-accused Sameer Kulkarni pointed out that there were three petitions by the army officer over the same issue.
