100 rooms of Delhi's Ashoka Hotel to be used as Covid-19 facility for HC judges, judicial officers
India TodayThe Delhi government has ordered the Ashoka Hotel to convert 100 rooms into a Covid care facility exclusively for judges and judicial officers of the Delhi High Court and their families. A notification was issued by the sub-divisional magistrate, Chanakyapuri, Geeta Grover, in this regard after a request by the Delhi HC to set up a Covid health care facility for judges and judicial officers of the high court. The Primus Hospital will run the CHC facility at Ashoka Hotel and will also be responsible for biomedical waste disposal, and training the staff of the hotel.
