Probe agency files chargesheet in arms seizure case linked to terror outfit
India TodayThe National Investigation Agency has filed a chargesheet against two accused in the Jammu and Kashmir arms and explosives seizure case linked to the banned terror outfit Hizb-ul-Mujahideeen. The probe agency said in a release that it had filed the chargesheet before the Special NIA Court in Jammu against Waheed Ul Zahoor, who was the driver of the vehicle from which explosives, arms and ammunition were recovered, and another accused Mubashir Maqbool Mir. The investigation also led to the identification of Mubashir Maqbool Mir as aconspirator in the case, and he was also arrested. "Investigations in the case are continuing as part of NIA’s attempts to unveil the entire conspiracy and ascertain the intended destination of the arms and other materials," the NIA said.
