Adulterated milk racket busted, 4 held in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: With the arrest of four persons, the Special Operations Team of Cyberabad’s Shamshabad Zone claimed to have busted an inter-state milk adulteration racket operating between Kurnool of Andhra Pradesh and Nagpur of Maharashtra. Police seized one milk tanker carrying 9,000 litres of milk, empty tins, and vehicles to transport them from their possession. Inquiries revealed that the milk was collected from different parts of Kurnool, filled in the tanker, and transported to Nagpur where a local supplier would buy it.
