Bandage on neck, cast on wrist: Saif Ali Khan back home 5 days after attack

Wearing a white shirt and blue jeans, a cast on his arm and a bandage to the neck, Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan walked inside his home in Mumbai's Bandra after being discharged from hospital on Tuesday, five days after a stabbing attack on him. Mumbai Police recreated the crime scene at Khan's home, where evidence such as a cap belonging to the accused was found in the room of the actor's youngest son, Jeh. In her statement to the police, Saif's wife, Kareena Kapoor Khan revealed that the attacker became aggressive during the scuffle but ignored valuable jewellery in plain sight. Instead, it was the quick thinking of the female house helpers who managed to lock the accused, Mohammad Shariful Islam Shehzad, in a room after the attack, sources added.
