No age limit for CLAT: SC refuses to interfere with Allahabad HC's interim order [Updated]
A Supreme Court Bench comprising of Justice Gopala Gowda and Justice C. Nagappan has refused to interfere with the interim order of the Allahabad High Court which had scrapped the upper age limit for CLAT-2015. The appeal was filed against RMNLU, the organizing university.While allowing the petitioner to withdraw the petition with the liberty to approach the Allahabad High Court for review.
