Pune student cracks IPS exam amid grim situation at home

Altap Shaikh of Katewadi in Baramati taluka successfully cleared the UPSC examination. On the initiative of Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar and Sunetra Pawar, Nationalist Career Academy was started in Baramati with the aim of helping the youth of rural areas to prepare for competitive examinations. The Nationalist Career Academy was established in 2012 on the initiative of Sunetra Pawar with the objective of helping youth in rural areas to crack competitive examinations.
