Revanth Reddy govt. not containing attacks on minorities as he has RSS roots: Kavitha
HYDERABAD Bharat Rashtra Samithi MLC K. Kavitha has observed that Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has his political roots in the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, the ideological base of the Bharatiya Janata Party, and that is the reason why he is discriminating against minorities. Speaking to newspersons in Nizamabad on Sunday, she said violence against the minorities had increased in Telangana since the Chief Minister, who also holds the portfolio of Home, was “acting as a mute spectator”. Mr.Reddy had even forgotten the promises made by the Congress and Gandhi family to the minorities before the elections as he was “neglecting them completely”. Demanding immediate implementation of the minorities declaration made by the Congress party before the elections, the former MP said Rahul Gandhi had spoken extensively about democracy but activists of his party were wreaking havoc in the party offices of BRS in Telangana.
