We had earlier reported that filmmaker Wes Anderson is making the screen adaptation of author Roald Dahl’s classic The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar for the streaming service Netflix. The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar and Six More is a collection of seven short stories crafted by British author Dahl for older children. The film, Anderson’s second Dahl adaptation after Fantastic Mr. Fox, stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Ralph Fiennes, Dev Patel and Ben Kingsley. Notably in September last year, Netflix announced the acquisition of the Roald Dahl Story Company which gave the streaming service access to the full catalog of works from the famed British author.
