RERA orders builder to complete pending work

Hyderabad: The Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority has ordered Bridge Constructions to complete pending works and rectify discrepancies within 30 days on a flat purchased by one Vineesh Kumar Thati or face penalties. However, the sale agreement signed in November 2020 moved the official possession deadline to May 2023, including a six-month grace period. RERA noted that delays caused by the pandemic could be justified, but the builder had not completed all the promised works as per the sale agreement. "Complete the pending work, rectify all discrepancies and handover the flat within 30 days.
