Uddhav Thackeray leading 'Aurangzeb fan club' in Maharashtra: Amit Shah
India TodayUnion Home Minister Amit Shah on Sunday mounted a scathing attack on Opposition coalition Maha Vikas Aghadi and termed it the 'Aurangzeb fan club'. Speaking at the BJP's state convention event in Pune, Amit Shah came down heavily on the former Maharashtra Chief Minister for forging an alliance with those who served 'biryani' to 26/11 terror attack convict Ajmal Kasab. Hitting out at Rahul Gandhi, Amit Shah claimed that the Congress leader's arrogance will be defeated after the upcoming Assembly elections in Maharashtra, Jharkhand, and Haryana, as the people of India gave Prime Minister Narendra Modi their stamp of approval in recent Lok Sabha polls. Boosting the morale of BJP workers, Amit Shah said that they should not be disappointed with Lok Sabha election results in Maharashtra, asserting that they could bounce back in upcoming Assembly polls by taking the good work and welfare schemes of the government to the people.
