Conman Sukesh Writes To DG Prisons, Seeks Action On Transfer Request From Mandoli Jail Over 'Threat To Life'
ABP NewsNew Delhi: Jailed conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar's counsel on Thursday wrote to the Director General of Prisons, Tihar Jail seeking action on the conman's request for a transfer from Mandoli jail as he alleged threat to life after Deputy Superintendent Jay Singh was deputed to Jail-14. Previously, Sukesh wrote to the DG Prisons after Deputy Superintendent Jay Singh has been transferred to Jail-14 in Mandoli Jail where he is lodged. "Superintendent Raj Kumar, has received more than Rs 1.25 Crores from me on behalf of Superintendent Rajesh Chauhan when I was lodged in Jail-04 in 2019 and 2020, thereafter in 2021 where I was again lodged in Jail-4 Tihar, Raj Kumar threatened me and again received more than 5 lakhs a week through multiple Paytm accounts given by him and the same was transferred through my secretary, and during my last writ petition before Supreme Court, a detailed affidavit was filed with records and about Raj Kumar, hence the matter is subjudiced," Sukesh Chandrasekhar wrote in a letter dated November 29. In a letter to Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena, Sukesh alleged that he was assaulted by CRPF personnel inside the jail severely injuring his private parts and that his wife was also abused.
