Covid-19: Kerala High Court Further Extends Validity Of Interim Orders Till August 9
Live LawThe Kerala High Court on Friday extended by another two weeks the life of all interim orders passed by it, that were due to expire the coming Monday.A full bench of Chief Justice S Manikumar, Justice C.T Ravikumar and Justice Shaji P Chaly considered that it is pertinent to extend these orders amidst the continuing lockdown restrictions in the State. The Kerala High Court on Friday extended by another two weeks the life of all interim orders passed by it, that were due to expire the coming Monday. A full bench of Chief Justice S Manikumar, Justice C.T Ravikumar and Justice Shaji P Chaly considered that it is pertinent to extend these orders amidst the continuing lockdown restrictions in the State. It had thus extended the life of interim orders till 26th July.
