B.J. Symons watches his yardage record fall to Western Kentucky’s Bailey Zappe: ‘It’s incredible what he’s done’

A Lubbock reporter recently joked to Symons that Kittley should make sure Zappe didn’t break a record held by a Texas Tech Red Raiders player. “I think the more realistic thing is to tell Coach Kittley to make sure a Tech quarterback now breaks Zappe’s record,” he said.
