Tanushree Dutta's lawyer: If Nana Patekar was a common man, he would be immediately arrested

Four days ago, on October 10, Tanushree Dutta had registered an FIR against actor Nana Patekar, choreographer Ganesh Acharya, producer Samee Siddiqui and director Rakesh Sarang for outraging her modesty during the filming of Horn OK Pleassss in 2008. Now, Tanushree has sent a letter to the Oshiwara police station, asking for the accused to be arrested and a few procedures carried out. Now it's been so many days and the police has not even sent summons to the accused to ask them to come to the police station to record their statement." The letter, sent on Saturday evening to the senior inspector of Oshiwara police station, states that "the accused are denying the charges levelled against them before media and they may put pressure on the witnesses or accused may produce bogus witnesses to record negative statement against complainant. Therefore, fair investigation has to be carried out by conducting narco analysis, brain mapping and lie detector test of the accused and witnesses who are supporting accused."
