MNLU Mumbai: MoU Inked To Enhance Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Awareness And Filing For MSMEs In Maharashtra

The Maharashtra Small Scale Industries Development Corporation Ltd. and Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai has came together to sign a flagship Memorandum of Understanding. The purpose of this MoU is to conduct Intellectual Property Rights Workshops across all 36 districts of Maharashtra. He emphasised that this joint effort would foster innovation, encourage ideation, and facilitate the incubation of new businesses and entrepreneurship ventures across Maharashtra. Farogh Mukadam, while underscoring the importance of collaboration, reiterated the shared vision of both organisations to empower MSMEs with the necessary knowledge and tools to navigate the intricacies of intellectual property rights.
