Govt Committed to Redress Problems Faced by Teachers: Vikramarka
Deccan ChronicleHyderabad:Marking the Teachers' Day celebrations, Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu on Thursday outlined the state government’s comprehensive plans to uplift the education sector and address the longstanding issues of teachers. He also reaffirmed the Congress government's commitment to consulting with teachers when making policy decisions, while speaking at the official Teachers’ Day celebrations at Ravindra Bharathi. Touching upon the government’s broader plans for skill development, Bhatti said the Skill University would address the gap between education and industry requirements.” Further, the Deputy CM shared the government's focus on improving the infrastructure of universities, announcing ₹300 crore allocation for universities. Bhatti praised Telangana’s teachers for their progressive thinking and contributions to the state's educational success and urged them to collaborate with the government in implementing its policies.
