India TodayPolitical strategist Prashant Kishor took a jibe at Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav, saying he would not have got any job on the basis of his merit if he was not the son of Rashtriya Janata Dal patriarch Lalu Prasad Yadav. "If Tejashwi Yadav was not Lalu ji's son, then there wouldn't have been any job in this country which he would have got on the basis of his merit," Prashant Kishor said. The poll analyst, who is on a 3,500-km-long padyatra - Jan Suraaj Abhiyan, also slammed Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and the RJD, saying "they have no place of their own". Ramping up efforts to forge Opposition unity, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Monday met Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and said work is on to bring together as many parties as possible to remove the BJP from power in the next general elections.
