
After Fraud, Abetment To Suicide Case In UP, Nikhil Nanda's Team Says 'Legal Team Gathering Details'
ABP NewsA case has been registered against Nikhil Nanda, along with several officials of a tractor company, on charges of fraud and abetment to suicide by the Dataganj Police in Uttar Pradesh’s Badaun district on Monday. According to a report by ETV Bharat, the case was registered after a court order, against Nikhil Nanda, the company’s CMD, along with the firm’s UP head, sales manager, area manager, Shahjahanpur dealer, and three other officials. As per reports, the complaint was lodged by Gyanendra, a resident of Papad Hamzapur village, whose brother Jitendra Singh operated Jai Kisan Traders, a tractor agency in Dataganj. Gyanendra accused Nanda, along with company officials—including area manager Ashish Baliyan, sales managers Sumit Raghav and Amit Pant, UP head Dinesh Pant, financier collection officer Pankaj Bhaskar, sales head Neeraj Mehra, and Shahjahanpur dealer Shishant Gupta— for constantly pressurising Jitendra to increase sales.
