Research shows age is just a number so here's how you can stay forever young
India TodayHave you ever wondered that you might be ageing really fast that your body is 50 years older than you? Some researchers involved 4,000 people in their experiments and compared their biological ages with the number of birthdays they have celebrated so far, according to an Express report. "There were people who looked 36 years younger, while some look 48 years older," Express was quoted researcher Dr Eileen Crimmins, professor of gerontology at the University of Southern California, as saying. In the research it was found that women had naturally biological ages one or two years younger than men. So choose wisely how you want to age because you can be chronologically old but at heart, you can be "forever young" as chronologically old musician Bob Dylan once said.
