Two men disguised as Amazon delivery guys beat up a 66-year-old pub owner in Savannah on January 11, Fox News reported. Hearing screams from the 66 y/o homeowner, defenseless as two men dressed as Amazon workers force their way into his home, beating him severely, and taking off with just $80. An Amazon spokesperson told Fox News Digital that the suspects were not making an official delivery for the company. "Amazon regularly monitors the internet for unauthorised use of our apparel and works to remove those items wherever possible," the spokesperson said, clarifying that Amazon delivery personnel do not typically knock on doors unless it is part of a prearranged delivery.
