Jagan's first programme in Amaravati as CM

Jagan Mohan Reddy would launch distribution of house site titles in Amaravati on Friday to nearly 51,000 poor people under the YSRC government’s flagship Navaratnalu Pedalandariki Illu programme. The distribution of house site pattas and houses to the poor in the CRDA area succeeded after the Jagan Mohan Reddy-led government overcame legal and other obstacles. Officials said the distribution of 50,793 house site pattas and houses to women beneficiaries in the CRDA region is a victory for the poor. An official release said, “CM Jagan Mohan Reddy will formally launch the distribution of house site pattas to 50,793 women beneficiaries in 1,402 acres and 5,024 TIDCO houses in CRDA region that would be constructed at a cost of Rs 443.71 crore to the women beneficiaries.” “A total of 25 layouts have been prepared in the CRDA region with full infrastructure under Navaratnalu – Pedalandariki Illu, in which 11 layouts are for 23,762 women beneficiaries of Guntur district and 14 layouts for 27,031 women beneficiaries of NTR district.” As many as 80,000 boundary stones were erected and construction of the Internal Transport System with gravel for 95.16km completed in 25 layouts.
