All lanes reopened after overturned big rig causes hours-long traffic jam on Highway 14

LA Times

All southbound lanes of Highway 14 near Agua Dulce were reopened Wednesday afternoon after a jackknifed big rig backed up traffic on the freeway for several hours, the California Highway Patrol said. The truck overturned south of Escondido Canyon Road about 4 a.m., forcing commuters to exit at Escondido, including some who drove the wrong way on the freeway, and snarling the morning commute.
