Army jawan killed in explosion at Assam's Darranga Field firing range

One soldier lost his life at Darranga Field Firing Range in Assam's Tamulpur following a blast which occurred while the jawan was on sentry duty, a defence spokesperson said. The soldier, identified as Craftsman Sandeep Kumar, was provided with immediate medical aid on the spot by a regimental medical officer.
