Criminology student accused of murdering personal trainer Amie Gray on Bournemouth beach says he is victim of 'mistaken identity', court hears

A student accused of the murder of physical trainer Amie Gray told police that he was not responsible and he would not 'attack someone for no reason', a court has heard. Nasen Saadi, from Croydon, south London, is on trial charged with the murder of 34-year-old at Durley Chine Beach, West Undercliff Promenade, on May 24. In CCTV footage shown to the jury at Winchester Crown Court, the sounds of extended screaming could be heard from a nearby café during the incident as well as a male voice. Amie Gray died after being stabbed on Durley Chine Beach, Bournemouth at around 11.45pm on May 24 Nasen Saadi is on trial charged with the murder of 34-year-old at Durley Chine Beach, West Undercliff Promenade, on May 24 Mrs Gray was pronounced dead at the scene while Ms Miles, then aged 38, suffered 20 injuries but survived the attack after screaming 'please stop, I've got children' When asked where he was at the time of the attack, he replied 'No comment'.
