Infosys To Roll Out System Interventions, Mandates 10 Days In Office Per Month

ABP News

Infosys has announced plans to update its attendance software to ensure employees work at least 10 days a month from the office. Infosys stated that its hybrid work policy requires employees to be on-site for a minimum of 10 days each month. “As you know, our hybrid work model expects employees to work from the office for at least 10 days a month, or as per business requirements, whichever is higher,” the company mentioned in an email, as per the report. Instead, employees will be required to log 10 days a month at their designated office location, as confirmed by a senior employee to The Economic Times.
