Wearing a face mask is still mandatory for people aged 12 years and older in Tasmania in these high-risk and vulnerable settings: Hospitals Residential aged care facilities and in-home care Residential disability care facilities and in-home care Correctional facilities Healthcare facilities and medical services Primary schools Secondary schools Early childhood services, including childcare Public transport Airports and aircraft Spirit of Tasmania and ports Many customers can stop wearing a mask at venues but staff will still have to wear one.
