Tai'an forges innovative paths for industrial development
China DailyTai'an, a city in East China's Shandong province, has been keenly supporting emerging industries, developing featured industrial chains, and promoting the upgrading of traditional industries to enhance its high-quality development. Statistics showed that the added value of industries above designated scale in Tai'an increased by 11.2 percent year-on-year, 4.1 percentage points higher than the provincial rate in the first three quarters of this year. According to Yang Hongtao, Party secretary of Tai'an, the city is working on advancing its four key industries: high-end manufacturing, new materials, modern food, and high-end chemicals. This project will address critical technical challenges in the domestic panel spacer materials, including poor thermal conductivity, high levels of trace elements, and severe charge accumulation.
