What is UPI PIN and how to create one?

Formulated by the National Payments Corporation of India, Unified Payments Interface is a mobile payment system that allows the transfer of funds from the sender’s bank account to the receiver’s account in real time. The Unified Payments Interface Personal Identification Number, abbreviated UPI PIN, is a 4- or 6-digit number generated by a user when registering for UPI through a UPI payment application such as Paytm. Setting up a UPI PIN To set up the UPI PIN, you must first install a mobile payment app like Paytm on the phone. A ‘Set PIN’ option under the bank account will be displayed if its UPI PIN is not set. Choose the ‘Change PIN’ option for the bank account you wish to change the UPI PIN for.
