Colleges, universities to reopen in Uttar Pradesh from November 23
India TodayHigher education institutes, including colleges and universities, will be reopened by the Uttar Pradesh government following the guidelines issued by the University Grants Commissions, an official spokesperson said on Tuesday. The state government has also stated that the classes will be conducted in the colleges with several safety measures set into places such as maintaining social distancing, using hand sanitizers, thermal scanning, and other facilities.
