Verdict in NCC Police Reservation Case Reserved
Deccan ChronicleHYDERABAD: The two-judge bench of Chief Justice Alok Aradhe and Justice T. Vinod Kumar on Wednesday reserved its verdict on a petition alleging violation in adherence to rules of reservation for NCC candidates in recruitment to police services. The bench was hearing a writ plea filed by T. Shravan inter alia seeking a direction to set aside a government order issued in April 2022. Chilkur temple trustee case adjourned Justice Chillakur Sumalatha of the Telangana High Court on Wednesday adjourned for technical reasons a writ plea seeking the appointment of a board of trustees to the Chilkur Balaji temple. Stay extended in PMLA case A two-judge bench of Chief Justice Alok Aradhe and Justice T. Vinod Kumar extended the stay order of adjudicating authority under the PMLA and adjourned the case for four weeks.
