Actor Elisabeth Olsen reveals if she is going to return to MCU for Avengers films
India TodayAmerican actor Elisabeth Olsen, who is known for portraying the role of the Scarlet Witch in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, recently shared that she will not be reprising her iconic role for the upcoming Russo brothers films, Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars. With phase six of Marvel just around the corner, multiple cast members have already been confirmed, including the OG star, Iron Man himself, Robert Downey Jr. Downey will be playing Dr Doom in the Avengers films, as confirmed by the star himself during comic con. Olsen is currently filming Panic Carefully in London, which has led many to presume that she would be seen as Wanda Maximoff in future projects as well, since the future Avengers films will be shot in the UK itself. While Olsen may have said no, fans can still hope that tables might turn in the end, as MCU actors often mislead the media and fans in order to preserve the surprise nature of the roles and cameos in the movies.
