Three serves of vegetables are always included in Mr Georgievski's school lunches In keeping with Asian-themed lunch box treats, the dad also shared his tip on making a 'spring-wich' - a cross between a sandwich and a spring roll. Mr Georgievski said he won't use any wrappers on the food he packs and he also avoids sugar 'Variety is the key for my girls,' Mr Georgievski said of his creative lunch box-packing method What are Mr Georgievski's top lunch tips? * Do the grocery shopping on Sunday and plan ahead * Try and change the lunchbox up daily to get variety and different vitamins * Don't just do sandwiches - you can use wraps, pasta, rice and eggs if the school allows them * Use the colours of the rainbow in order to make it exciting for your kids * Avoid sugary treats, and instead opt for exotic fruits like dragonfruit or passion fruit * Chop your food with flare and colour co-ordinate different sections Another idea he had was using a half avocado filled with dip, served alongside mini bread sticks.
