As queer gamers we never saw ourselves in the games we played, so we created our own

Growing up queer, video games were as much a source of empowerment as they were escape. In a short paragraph, email us your pitch: [email protected] Queenie and Jan's love story Photo shows Queenie's black dog is seen left, with Queenie sitting in the middle and Jan on the right. Our next game features real renter horror stories from our own experiences, and from people in the community. We recently did a callout for "Real Renter Horror Stories", where we asked people to submit their worst experiences as renters. In sharing our stories in a video game, we hope we can harness the power of agency, of possibility, that video games create, and bring it back into the real world.
