Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on Monday opened up about his recent address to the Delhi Legislative Assembly in which he spoke at length about The Kashmir Files, among other things. Asked if he was laughing at the movie during his address, Kejriwal told India Today in an exclusive interview that he was laughing "at the BJP and not at The Kashmir Files".
