Erode (East) bypoll | First phase of training for polling personnel held

The first phase of training for polling personnel to be deployed for the Erode byelection was held at Rangampalayam R.A.N.M. District Election Officer and Collector Raja Gopal Sunkara, along with general observer Ajay Kumar Gupta, conducted the session as part of preparations for the byelection scheduled for February 5. Mr. Sunkara outlined that the election would be held across 237 polling stations and there would be 47 reserved ones. Every polling booth would have a presiding officer and three polling officials.
