GEC student wins TCS TechBytes Mysuru regional finals
A student from the Government Engineering College won the Mysuru regional finals of the TCS TechBytes, a quiz contest conducted annually to enhance understanding of IT in all streams of engineering. This was the 16th edition of TCS TechBytes and TCS presented gift vouchers worth ₹12,000 to the winner, while the runner-up received vouchers worth ₹10,000. Sunil Deshpande, regional head of TCS Bengaluru, said TCS TechBytes is a great engine to explore diverse trends in the technology space. This program not only enhances students’ technical knowledge but also fosters a spirit of healthy competition that encourages them to strive for their best.” The regional finals of TCS TechBytes are being conducted across six cities in Karnataka Mangaluru, Mysuru, Kalaburagi, Hubballi, Tumakuru, and Bengaluru.
