TRS, BJP failed to fulfil promises, says Revanth
Deccan ChronicleHyderabad: TPCC president A. Revanth Reddy slammed the ruling TRS in Telangana state and the Modi-led BJP government at the Centre on Thursday for failing to deliver on development promises, while appealing to voters to give a woman a chance in Munugode byelections. Revanth told reporters in Munugode on Thursday that despite K. Chandrasekhar Rao being the Chief Minister and Narendra Modi being the Prime Minister, there had been no progress and development. Furthermore, the Malkajgiri MP claimed that ahead of Munugode elections, the TRS and the BJP were behaving like rats running helter-skelter after being smoked out of their burrows. He felt that the way one of the TRS ministers was captured in a video while consuming liquor showed how TRS leaders stooped to new lows in these elections.
