British Council announces Creative Economy Scholarships for Indian students and young professionals
India TodayThe British Council announces that it is inviting applications for a new Creative Economy Scholarship programme. Ten scholarships worth a total of over £149,000, are on offer for students and young professionals from India to pursue postgraduate study in the broad area of Culture Policy and Arts Management at four UK universities that offer this programme. Scholars with a background in creative arts, who can demonstrate their need for financial support and who aspire to be future leaders in India’s creative economy are encouraged to apply. About Cultural Ambassador role The cultural Ambassador role for Creative Economy scholars towards a 2022 UK-India programme offers additional opportunity for scholars to further develop skills as future arts leaders, managers, and policymakers.
