The ban on specified Chinese Apps, on grounds that they are “engaged in activities prejudicial to the sovereignty and integrity of India” adds another layer of complexity to the contestation in cyberspace. COVID-19 made us realise the role of the global public health infrastructure and need to abide by agreed rules.
