Though the authenticity of the audio clip is being ascertained by the police, the accused is heard mentioning that the victim was allegedly raped in a moving Scorpio car. Muzaffarpur shelter home had hit the headlines in June 2018 after a social audit report highlighted that over 42 girls were allegedly mentally and physically abused at a government-aided home, run by Brajesh Thakur.
