India TodayThe government of Karnataka has decided to postpone the Secondary School Leaving Certificate exam or the Class 10 final exam in the state in view of the rapid surge of Covid-19 cases recorded in the past month. Karnataka Primary and Secondary Education Minister S Suresh Kumar has also said that the new dates for the exams will be announced after reviewing the Covid-19 situation across the state. Many parents and students were pushing for the postponement of the Karnataka SSLC exams 2021 due to the rise in Covid-19 cases across the state. The state education minister further said that the revised dates of the Karnataka Class 10 exams will be announced much ahead of schedule and students will get ample amounts of time to prepare, so they should not get disheartened and continue with their preparations.
